The Next Generation Women Leaders APAC program kicks off with a two-day virtual event on June 9-10 where attendees will explore the importance of women in leadership, develop a sense of connection and create a long-lasting community. The program will continue with weekly workshops and informative virtual sessions July onwards, where you will have a chance to participate in training sessions with McKinsey consultants.

To be considered for NGWL Asia–Pacific, you must be currently based in or have very strong ties with the region.

You must also:

• Self-identify as women
• Are Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD or MBA students graduating no later than 2023, OR are professionals with fewer than 8 years of work experience
